"The place... was Nowhere. The combatants were a giant iguana and a giant cobra. Who would win? What would happen to us? And lot's of other random questions. Seriously speaking, you get my point. It was an epic showdown in the making. Some of the Nowhere townsfolk got out lawn chairs to watch the fight in the town square. Frankly, I still have no idea where the town is. It's not on any maps.

Well, what can I tell you? I was injured and wasn't able to see the great details. Randy, in his youthful mind, found it perfectly justifiable to find a store and steal a video camera. He said something along the lines of how this fight was too important to not get on tape, and that he'd pay for it later. But, what I saw was impressive. For being a giant Iguana, Zilla could fight. The cobra was outfoxed many times, even with it's greater size and weight. But, things kind of got hairy quick. Another giant snake appeared. It was weird enough just having one, but I kid you not, a second one appeared. This one was a giant rattlesnake, and it seemingly was just passing through. Seeing the epic duel going on must have gotten him excited, though, as Zilla had not one, but two giant snakes to deal with. It seemed as though Zilla might have been otmatched. But then, help us all, another unexpected creature appeared. From off in the distance, a massive rolling sphere was headed for the town. It was the armadillo from earlier, looking for a 'rematch' with Zilla. Talk about surprises, we had no idea how it was even possible for him to get out of that canyon, considering how he tried to exit before.

But once he arrived, the fight changed. Zilla got the upper hand back, his armadillo ally helping him along the way. The Rattlesnake and the Cobra both just weren't able to damage him, his shell was too thick for their fangs. Zilla, seeing an opportunity, grabbed the two snakes by their necks and bashed their heads together, knocking them out and ending the fight. At least, that's what Randy told me...

After that, that truck driver guy told us we were leaving again. We were happy to aquiesce, as the military would probably look into this, and we didn't really want to tangle with them again. But, I'm sure we had a little time. I mean, who would immediately investigate something with a name like, 'Giant lizard fights giant snake in the middle of nowhere?' But, nonetheless, we left."

Suddenly, an alarm went off on something in Elsee's lab coat pocket.

"Speaking of leaving due to time...." she said, "I need to be going."

"Thank you for your time." Eric said politely.

"Eh, no problem." She started to walk away, but turned to say, "Don't tell anyone I know about this conversation, okay?"

"Not a word. Oh, and if you don't mind me asking, I'd like to know something."

"That depends on the question..." Elsee said, her former composure returning.

"What about the armadillo?"

Elsee laughed out loud.

"You really are a monster nut, aren't you? Just like Nick was, back in the day. Fine, I'll tell you. The Armadillo, after the fight, started to follow Zilla as we were leaving. We could barely handle one giant pursuer, let alone two. Nick motioned 'no' to Zilla, and Zilla then hit the armadillo across it's head with his tail, knocking him out. And all with a straight face. Now, see ya, hon."

And, she was gone.

"Now that was informative. Alright, next on the list is..."

Abilities

-Not as aggressive or quick as King Cobra

-Posseses powerful neurotoxins in it's fangs

-Uses the rattle on it's tail to warn potential threats of it's presence (even though it doesn't really need to....)
