"A...red light, you say?" Eric asked apprehensively. "What, the Xilians save their best weapon for last?"

"That's what they thought." Tatsuo stated. "The Xilians were such an odd race. Robot-like, they are all linked to their leader, called 'The Regulator' or 'Controller' depending on the tastes of who you ask. But, this was a little different.

The red light, as the Gotengo attempted to get away, was actually a meteor like object, which came crashing into the Tokyo streets. Mothra, Battra, and the Earth Defenders in the best shape all tensed, sensing a fight. The smoke cleared....revealing perhaps the most frightening thing Earth has ever beheld.

Monster X, as the Xilian leader called him. A massive thing that looked more like an alien warrior than a monster. Humanlike, demonic in appearance, and radiating a darkness Moll and Lora called 'Abyssmal,' Monster X was bad news to Earth. And to everyone, really."

"Wanna know the first thing he did?" Kenichi asked.

Eric nodded, eyes wide.

"Well, It's like this. Landing, Monster X simply stared down Mothra and her kaiju followers: Zilla, King Caesar, Anguirus, Kong, Rodan, Battra, Manda, and Baragon. The Xilian regulator broke the silence, with a message of condemnation and desperate pleading praise.... I still remember his voice.... almost panicking."

Eric wasn't all that sure he wanted to know more about that.

"Well, Monster X apparently wasn't so much on the Xilian side as they thought. In one swift motion, a blast of dark energy shot out, obliterating the Xilian mothership, and the Xilians with it. Then, he disappeared in a flash of motion, materializing in front of the fleeing Gotengo. A fast strike downed the airship, sending out an awaited signal in it's crash.

Suddenly, dark energy surged across the Tokyo demesne, and X menacingly floated into the air. Suddenly, spheres of dark energy coursed across the area, and from it came the most horrifying sight Earth has ever beheld. From each sphere, came kaiju of the past, namely Hedorah, Destoroyah, Space Godzilla, the Bagan trio, Orga, and more!!

On sight, the kaiju braced themselves, ready for an epic clash of epic proportions. Then a familiar roar rang out from the bay....."
