"On infant island, home of the Elias, Mothra had hatched again, and sensed the rising danger within instants. Through her undying memory, she could immediately remember all of her past lives, and Battra and Godzilla were both present withing them. She needed to get to the battle, as Battra was using too much mana to be allowed to continue. So, using the last of her previous forms energy, she grew to her adult stage, just minutes after hatching, and flew off to the fight.

Battra, meanwhile, couldn't understand the creature in front of him. Godzilla had broken down a nuclear plant, and was absorbing the radiation through his spines. Battra struck his opponent when he turned his back. But, unlike before, the energy didn't hurt Godzilla. When mana struck his spines, he absorbed it... and returned fire.

Battra had never seen Godzilla before, but he could tell he was dangerous and, in his mind, he had to be destroyed. The battle went on until nightfall, until eventually Mothra arrived. Battra had been wounded once Godzilla used his now mana charged atomic breath. Mothra told the injured Battra to get away, but he was unwilling. Godzilla, seeing Mothra, hesitated. Mothra was still his ally in his mind, and wasn't sure how to react to her standing in his way again.

Battra finally attempted to escape, while Mothra distracted Godzilla. Realizing Mothra was now his enemy, Godzilla attacked. Mothra, having very little mana to speak of, was hardly able to take the blast. Battra, seeing her in pain, decided his own wounds were nothing. Suddenly, a violent storm of mana surrounded him, and a dark form ascended to the skies. Battra was now in it's imago stage, and was about to bring a world of pain to the one who harmed his family. Godzilla, having recieved some energy back, struck at Battra. The two seemed evenly matched. Mothra, healed by Moll and Lora, suddenly attacked as well. The double insect assault proved too much for Godzilla, and he was once again beaten. Mothra and Battra, allies for now, took Godzilla with their legs and attempted to drop him into the ocean. But, Godzilla suddenly got his wind back, and thrashed violently, exuding atomic mana fire. Mothra was flung off of Godzilla, but Battra took a fatal hit. The two fell into the ocean, and Battra was dead. But, he left a message for Mothra. There was a massive meteor headed towards earth, and he needed her to stop it. So, mothra then flew into space after laying another egg on Infant island, and the sight of another egg, red and black in color, told us that everything would be all right. At least, for a year or so."
